Where we serve
We’re registering in as many participating states as we can.
The Education Freedom Tax Credit is federal, but each state decides whether to take part. To award scholarships in a state, the Homeschool Fund must be approved and listed there.
Donors give from anywhere
You can claim the credit wherever you live.
Families apply where they live
A student must live in a state where we’re approved to serve.
The state’s role is small
It approves the list of scholarship organizations. It doesn’t choose students, set curriculum or run the program.
Participating states
Thirty states have opted in. Each one approves scholarship organizations on its own schedule, and we apply as each state opens.

Don’t see your state?
You can still give from anywhere and claim the credit. Whether your state takes part is up to your governor. Pre-register and we’ll keep you posted.
